Grade 2 titanium

Grade 2 titanium is the most widely used commercially pure (CP) titanium, often referred to as 'workhorse' titanium. It offers an excellent balance of moderate strength, good ductility, and superior corrosion resistance, particularly in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments, including seawater, chlorides, and various acids. It is highly weldable, formable, and possesses good impact toughness. Its non-magnetic nature and biocompatibility further expand its application range.
