Descriptions The Hyperlite is our first project with noted Outdoor and Bushcraft enthusiasts and all-around Wildman Joe Flowers. The goal was a simple one, make a super functional fixed blade with a 4" cutting edge, and make it as light as possible. The results were astonishing, a cross between a wide bush crafting blade and a tiny machete with a powerful full flat ground blade, a wide fuller to reduce weight, and a comfortable handle that works well in a variety of grips. The final weight of the Hyperlite comes to an incredibly backpack-friendly 3.5oz putting it in a category as one of the few featherweight full-sized fixed blades. This knife is a perfect hiking companion or an excellent option to carry as a backup to a larger fixed blade or axe.
